• Visual inspection for leakage in cold water basin or body of tower - DAILY
• Periodic inspection, cleaning and replacement, if needed of fills media and eliminator- Quaterly.
• Vibration on fan; unbalanced fan may break and damage FRP body, water distribution system also consumes higher electricity- DAILY
• Window louvers condition- DAILY
• Microbiological growth in basin and water- Weekly
• Scale growth and thickness in fills and pipes- Weekly
